Jamie Ziska, better known as JZ, is the head coach and founder of Retaining Excellence LLC.

JZ has a passion for teaching others to be cognizant about their diction, tone, and the understanding that their words impact others’ lives. She works with executives, managers and business owners to learn to listen and create a work culture that top talent will not only be attracted to, but will want to be a part of.

JZ has a passion for working with other people to recognize how diction, tone, and non-verbal cues can impact people throughout organizations – from employees to customers. In this time of electronic communications, it is easy to forget that on the other side of the communication is a person – a living, breathing human being that has emotions and feelings. JZ loves bringing the people back into the light and refocusing on what matters.

While JZ has a bachelor’s degree, she is a constant learner. She has additional certifications in life coaching, health coaching, belief clearing and business coaching.
